๐Ÿ“Bang Krut, Thailand

Bang Krut, it is located on the coast of the Andaman Sea, two hours south of Bangkok through Hua Hin district. With white sand beaches, green plains and mountain ranges, there are few places in Thailand that are so alluring. A long stretch of beach which is wonderful and its connects Bang Saphan & Bang Krut.

The charming resorts decorated with coconut plantations along the coast as well as wooden houses made in local style will really add to your enjoyment. It is an ideal peaceful place for tourists who love nature & solitude and filling nature. Since nothing is developed here on a commercial basis, you will get a full taste of rural Thailand. And the hospitality of the local people is unmatched.

White sand beach, where the vast waters of the sea and lush greenery mix with it. You could easily spend two days taking in this beauty. Apart from this, there are also two Thai Buddhist temples here. Situated on top of two hills, whenever you go up you have a view of the whole area and the sea. The mesmerizing beauty of nature at sunrise, sunset or rain will mesmerize you.

If you’re interested in learning how coconut oil is made, visit a nearby plantation factory. Yes, you have to take permission. If you are a bit more adventurous you can talk to local fishermen and join them on a night saltwater fishing trip.

And secondly, even though there are countless coconut trees here, we didn’t see anyone selling dab, so you should talk to the owner of the resort and if he agrees, he’ll give you something like da and Will ask you to bite. Pat yourself and eat it. Note that many coconut trees in these gardens will hold the can within reach so you don’t have to climb the tree.

You can cut a cane from a tree while standing on the ground. Bang Krut is more then advanced from Bang Saphan. The restaurant or resort facilities in Bang Kraut are relatively good. Bang Krut is needs 30mins drive from Bang Saphan.

how to go
There are two ways to get to Bang Saphan from Bangkok. The first way is long distance bus service or VIP minivan service. For this you have to go to the northern bus terminal Mo Chit or the southern bus terminal Sai Tai Mai. From there you can get a bus or minibus to Bang Krut for fares between 220 THB and 300 THB.

But the most interesting experience will be when you go there by train. A total of eight trains run day and night from Bangkok Railway Station. Travel time is approximately 8 hours. The fare for a sleeping chair trip in a first class compartment is 450 to 750 Thai Baht depending on the train.

Taxis are not available as local transport but many motorbikes are available on rent. Also, you can easily take lift from private car drivers here. And there is another vehicle which is a combination of our motorized rickshaw and van.

Thinking of Living?
Reach near the beach and keep walking on the road, you will see one resort after another lined with coconut plantations along the way. These are not really big resorts, but are rented out by planters locally. Most types of cottages are made of wood but all modern facilities (cold hot water air condition etc.) are available. Depending on the size and facilities of the cottages, the rate per night will be between 500 to 1000 Thai Baht.

Eating and drinking
There is no need to worry about the shortage of food. Along the beach you will find seafood restaurants that prepare and serve fresh food to you immediately after your order. Some of them will even arrange for you to have lunch or dinner sitting on the sand of the beach at no extra charge. If you don’t want to eat seafood, you will find Thai food restaurants nearby as well as a variety of food prepared by the locals. And there is a Seven Eleven shop.

๐Ÿ“Koh Hong Island, Thailand

This Island is a part 0f the National Marine Park. Along with Koh Hong, there are three other islands namely Lao Lhading, Koh Pakbia and Koh Rai. The four islands can be reached by speedboat or long-tail boat from Ao Nang. It takes about 30 minutes by speedboat and 50 minutes by long distance boat. Koh Hong Island cannot be reached by boat or ship. Only speedboats and long-distance boats go to Koh Hong Island. Lao Lhading, Koh Pakbia and Koh Rai are located 2 km from Koh Hong Island. You can go snorkeling and kayaking in Koh Hong Island.

Koh Lanta is the largest island in the Krabi region. its consists of a group of islands. The largest island here is Ko Lanta Yai. There are several beaches on its western side. Koh Lanta Island is relatively flat and almost everywhere is accessible by motorbike. You will find dense coastal tree forests, natural mangroves, diverse cultures, hospitable local people and lots of good eating places on this island.

The beaches here are amazing and more beautiful than any other beach in Thailand โ€“ sun-kissed expanses of white sand and gentle waves. If you’re in the mood for adventure, stop at Khao Mai โ€“ a network of jungle caves and mountain tunnels that lead you into cathedral-like chambers with stalactites hanging from above and stalagmites beneath your feet. Koh Lanta is famous for its adventure sports and is home to some of the most amazing coral reefs in the world. Koh Lanta is famous for scuba diving and snorkeling.

how to go
Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Thailand’s capital Bangkok can be reached by plane from Bangladesh in two and a half hours. Then any type of domestic flight can reach Krabi an hour earlier. From Krabi, take a taxi to your speedboat service jetty. It takes about 15 minutes to reach Koh Lanta by express speedboat. Car ferry jams can be avoided by using speedboats.
